Her contrasting experience on both high & low budget projects, & both sides of the camera, taught her as a short film maker, “If you have a story to tell you will find a way”. Her most acclaimed short film, the "Crying F.U. Lady Rap"is her baby, she created it from the ground up with her bare hands, word for word, set to scene, looking to get out the truth & get out the vote. Ironically, the opening scene of her tears were seen worldwide the night of the 2016 election & were made fun of for the next 5 years on cable news & the internet.
Pat continues to make political PSA’s including a re-edit of this film for 2020 along with many award winning PSA’s to stop the spread of COVID and collaborative comedies with fellow film makers. Pat interest in politics was sought after by the New Jersey Federation of Democratic Women where she holds the position of Strategic Communications Director, lending this organization her creative touch. Pat says she has many more stories she would like to tell. They will hopefully come out one way or another in her acting, comedy or in her film making or her new Comedy Tell the truth Podcast coming mid 2023 |
